Our leadership team is a small but diverse group with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

As VP of Software Engineering, Jud has seen the software industry develop into a vital and thriving market during over 30 years of personal computer programming experience. His repertoire of programming languages includes Delphi, Assembler, C, C++, C#, Java, and countless others. He has worked with clients of all sizes from all around the globe. This diverse knowledge has been the basis for the development of an outstanding coding style that embraces the best of current theories on effective development practices.

Jud has co-founded multiple successful companies over his career, including Blink, Inc., a company to market Blinker, a high-performance linker and DOS Extender, and the original Code Healer Group to market CodeHealer, a static source code analyzer.

Jud is a vital and inspired founder and leader for the company. His passion for programming is contagious and regularly charges the team with dedication and inspiration to build and support quality products that can help Code Healer Group’s customers.

The VP of Marketing brings twenty years of experience developing and managing customer loyalty solutions for businesses ranging from one man shops to Fortune 100 clients in a variety of industries.

She joined Code Healer Group in 2002 to help bring CodeHealer to the world and has supported the company in its ongoing growth. In 2010, she was pleased to announce the renaming of the company to Code Healer Group. She says, “Changing our name to Code Healer Group was the most logical branding choice. CodeHealer is a great product, and we are excited to carry the name into all we do.”

Leah’s customer-focused approach helps Code Healer Group address the needs of both corporations and individual programmers. In the ongoing development of CodeHealer, programmers and managers are often interviewed about how they work and what could help them the most. This helped make CodeHealer intuitive and easy to use, while giving programmers the features that they need to help improve source code quality.

With forty-five years of computing experience behind him, the VP of European Operations has seen computers evolve from valves to transistors to the massively integrated circuits of today. He has managed programming shops as they progressed from working in machine code to using assemblers, and all the way to using the amazingly powerful development tools that are available today.

He does, however, think that some things never change. Successful, cost-effective systems have always required clear specifications and requirements, adequate training and standards, and rigorous coding discipline.

John is delighted to be working with Jud again. More than twenty years ago, they worked together to give the world Blinker, the salvation of many Clipper developers. Today John is working with Jud and Code Healer Group to “take the glad tidings of CodeHealer and static code analysis to the stressed developers of Europe”;
